Send feedback
Found a bug or have a suggestion? Email the Vupl publisher, Amitoj Singh Lotey:
amitojsingh.lotey@icloud.comYou can also send private feedback from Vupl’s Google Play page while you are a tester. See what helps a report, and please don’t send Plex passwords, sign-in codes or private server addresses.
Privacy
The Android app has no analytics SDK and no ads. It uses Google ML Kit’s on-device text recognition when arranging Home artwork; the Vupl privacy policy explains what that involves and how the app handles your Plex sign-in and library information.
The tester group is run on Google Groups, under Google’s terms. Its manager, the Vupl publisher, can see the email address you join with.
Try the new library features
The enrolled closed beta includes Jellyfin, combined Plex and Jellyfin browsing, continuous Plex Watch Together rooms and more visible watch invitations. It is a testing release, separate from a public production launch.
To try Jellyfin, choose it on the connection screen and enter the full reachable server address from its owner. Sign in to your own Jellyfin account or approve Quick Connect when enabled. Keep Plex connected to browse both together. Each server keeps its own progress and download policy; Watch Together rooms remain Plex-only and require the same server.
Android’s download storage chooser can use a writable location exposed by your device, including external storage when supported. Device file pickers differ, especially on TVs. Slideshow follow-up fixes are being tested before the next beta update.
